MTC handyman service provides basic home repair services with an emphasis on millwork and finish carpentry.
Job description:
Independently and reliably produce quality results performing basic home repairs and installations at clients homes. Hanging blinds, mounting TVs, assembling furniture, baseboard installation, trim/casing installation, door repairs, deck repair, cabinet repair/replacement, shelf installation, organizer installation, door installation, gate/fence work, caulking/silicone and more(see previous work photos).
Ideal candidate will have a journeyman level skillset and feel very confident working alone and making lead man decisions on projects.

Benefits:
No work over 16′, no work in the rain, no crawl spaces or attics, no heavy labor(heavy structural work, moving furniture, large scrap hauls, etc), paid drive time between appointments(1-2 appts per day), occasional tips, easy work for a real tradesman.
Full time, Monday – Friday, 10am – 630pm, $52 per hour, independent contractor/1099 position.

Requirements:
Must have own van, truck or SUV with valid DL/registration/insurance.
Must have all tools in tool list.
Must be professional and have the ability to interact with clients in a polite and courteous manner while going through punch lists and taking payments.
Must be willing to perform a variety of different tasks outside your specific trade(see previous work photos).
Must work in a safe manner consistent with OSHA standards.
Must be able to work independently under limited supervision.
Tool List:
You do not need to carry these everyday but you do need to be able to take them to a job anytime with zero notice:
8′ step ladder
16′ extension ladder
air compressor with guns: 23ga, 18ga, 16ga, 1/4″ crown stapler
table saw 10″
6′ level
You need to carry these everyday in addition to hand tools and the like:
10″ chop saw
corded hammer drill
corded skill saw
corded palm sander
corded router
laser level
Miscellaneous consumables including: caulking, silicone, wood putty, sheetrock filler, tape, sand paper, shims, glue, trash bags, nails, screws, sheetrock anchors, etc.
Cordless set must include:
sawsall
multi tool saw (aka: dremel, zip saw, sheetrock saw)
drill/driver
vacuum
jigsaw
4+ 4ah batteries or bigger
